Why is even the first session paid?

Because it's real work: we prepare in advance, and you leave with something you can use — the flows worth moving first, then, after the analysis, a migration proposal you can take to any vendor. It also means our time goes to companies that are serious about AI.

Why ranges instead of fixed prices?

Integrations and data vary a lot between businesses. After the analysis or a scoping call, you get one fixed price per milestone.

Who owns what we build?

Your data, workflows and business logic stay yours and portable. The exact IP terms are set in the contract.

Do we have to buy AI Ops?

No — we can hand over to your team. But models, prices and your data change, so most production systems need someone watching quality and cost.
